Extra Services
External Hard Drives
If you would like to get your media transferred onto an external hard drive we can do that! You can either purchase a drive from us or you may provide us with your own drive. If you are going to provide a drive we will add a half hour labor charge for working with your drive to transfer your media to it. If you purchase a drive from us this labor time is included in the price.
Editing & Labor Time
In some cases a project requires or could use a little extra time to get the best result. If you have a project you are working on contact us and we can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete your project. Good examples are slides shows for pictures and slides or adding music to a slideshow or film project.
If during the transfer of your media we find that it is damaged and could benefit from some additional editing time we will contact you before we go ahead with the additional work. If some of your media is damaged you may wish to contact us before hand to get an estimate of the time and costs involved.
Additional Copies
We can make you additional copies of your final project, the pricing is per disc so if you aren't sure how many you need contact us for an estimate!
