Important Media Preparation and Shipping Instructions

We recommend you take your media to have it professionally packaged.

Record Albums

• Should be in their sleeves and jackets.
• Select appropriate packaging to avoid breakage and damage.

Photos

• All photos need to be free from frames, photo corners, or tape.
• Assure that your photos do not contain any sticky substances and that there is nothing attached to any of the photos.
• Photos should to be bundled according to size and orientation (portrait or landscape).
• There will be an additional charge if your photos are left in albums.

Slides

• Slides should to be in their slide boxes or banded together.
• All slides need to be facing the same direction and orientation.
• On bundles of slides, please notate which direction is face up on each bundle.
• There will be additional charge if slides are left in carousels or metal cases.

Order Form

• Include printed Order Form with your media.
• If you were unable to print the Order Form: Your Order Number needs to be placed in your package, also include your Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail.
