How to Order

I. When you complete your order we at Photo & Sound Saving will receive notification and wait for your media to arrive.

2. Print two copies of your completed order form.

• One copy for your records and the other to be included with your media.
• If for any reason you are unable to print the order form, you should include the following information with your media.
• Order Number, name, phone number, shipping address, and email.

3. Group your media and prepare it for shipping.

• Check out Packaging Tips for shipping specific types of media.

4. Ship the package by a carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to Photo & Sound Saving.

5. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we have received and checked-in your media.

6. It takes aproximately six weeks to process your order once we have recieved it.

• You will be notified via email when your order is being shipped back to you.
• You must select the preferred method of return shipping as a part of your order checkout.
