How to Order

I. When you fill out your order and hit the order button we will receive a digital copy of your order and wait for your media to arrive.

2. Print two copies of your completed order form.

• One copy for your records and the other to be included with your media.
• If for any reason you are unable to print the order form, you should include the following information with your media.
• Order Number, name, phone number, shipping address, and email.

3. Group your media and prepare it for shipping.

• Check out Submittal Guidelines for tips on shipping and expedited handling.
• We recommend that consideration be given to the appropriate packaging to eliminate potential damage due to the elements while in transit.

4. Ship the package by a carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to the following address:

5. You will receive an e-mail from us as soon as we have received and checked-in your media.

6. It generally takes two weeks to process your order.

• You will be notified via email when your order is being shipped back to you.
• You must select the preferred method of return shipping as a part of your order checkout.
