Important Media Preparation and Shipping Instructions
Record Albums
Should be in their sleeves and jackets.
Select appropriate packaging to avoid breakage and damage.
Photos
All photos need to be free from frames, photo corners, or tape.
Assure that your photos do not contain any sticky substances and that there is nothing attached to any of the photos.
Photos should to be bundled according to size and orientation (portrait or landscape).
There will be an additional charge if your photos are left in albums.
Slides
Slides should to be in their slide boxes or banded together.
All slides need to be facing the same direction and orientation.
On bundles of slides, please notate which direction is face up on each bundle.
There will be additional charge if slides are left in carousels or metal cases.
Order Form
Include printed Order Form with your media.
If you were unable to print the Order Form: Your Order Number needs to be placed in your package, also include your Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-mail.
Return Shipping
Due to the variances in weight of most media our online order does not include return shipping charges. Once your order is complete we will contact you with any difference from your online orders pricing.
