As the owner of a sound recording, it is legal for you to transfer one copy of this recording for your own personal use as defined by U.S. Copyright Law. If you are the copyright holder or if the recording is public domain, there are no restrictions.

Our policy is to act in compliance with U.S. Copyright law. We will only make one copy of sound recordings, even if editing and restoration work is done, unless you can provide proof acceptable to this company of copyright ownership or public domain with your order.

It will then be the sole responsibility of the owner of the sound recording to defend and hold harmless this company and any of its owners, managers, members, employees, or agents from any and all actions for transferring this recording. The consumer is the sole responsible party for any copyright infringement resulting from the consumer's order.

Rest assured that we treat your media with the utmost regard while it is in our possession. We will do all we can within reason to meet or exceed your expectations for transferring your media. High quality equipment, meticulously maintained, and operated by caring professionals is our only method of operation. Great effort will go to making your entire experience with us a very pleasant one, hoping you will return, and recommend us to your friends to meet your media transferring needs.

We will not accept any liability for damage or loss in shipment under any circumstances or conditions. We recommend that you have your media professionally packaged and insured against loss or damage, for your piece of mind, with a shipping company of your choice. There will be a shipping insurance option available on our site, at your expense, when we return your order.

Liability is restricted to your media being in our strict and immediate physical control, and is furthermore limited in value not to exceed the dollar amount of that particular order with us. Multiple order values may not be combined, and the above statement refers only to that single order in which you are making a claim.

Any and all claims of any nature must be made in writing and submitted to us by registered mail with all details outlining the nature of your claim, contact information including address, phone numbers, e-mail, and your desired method of resolution within twenty days of our completion of your order. Your order will be deemed complete on the date shipped as noted by the receiving shipping company.

Your account must remain in good standing, paid in full, for us to consider your claim valid. Your claim will be evaluated within ten days and we will contact you for a reasonable resolution to your claim. These are the entire terms in which a claim will be considered valid. There are no other remedies expressed or implied by us for the handling of any claims.
